Elmurodov v. Univ of Maryland Capital Region Health, et al

Dr. Elmurodov’s case against his Family Practice program was centered on allegations of breach of contract pertaining to ACGME and institutional policy and procedure with violations of evaluation and due process, among many other allegations. Due to the high cost of litigation, he ultimately represented himself “pro se” throughout much of his legal proceedings. If he would like to add a short summary of his experiences and his lessons learned, he may do so on this page. He is currently employed as a physician without board certification and is pursuing reentry into residency training.
